What does it take to be
an HSS Hero?
Based on 8 values, HSSness is an attitude that sums up
the best of who we are; it sets us apart from the rest of the industry and it’s what we believe makes us the heroes
of hire.
We have entire team of heroes all working to the ways of HSSness, but there are some HSS’ers that demonstrate exceptional levels of HSSness or that do exceptional things and it is these people that we will make our Heroes of Hire.
All heroes will be judged against one – or a combination –
of the HSSness values below so please make sure you tell us which area(s) they have wowed you in.

At HSS, good is never good enough – we aim to deliver excellence in hire service and then to do even better. Perhaps your hero has done something great or helped achieve great results that make us better than anyone else? Or perhaps they’ve shown consistent improvement, becoming better every day? We won’t confuse you with jargon; we’ll keep you informed and we won’t promise what we can’t deliver. If you’re glad that you’ve heard it straight up, tell us it like it is.
